- We strive to display product colors, graphics, and details accurately. Actual color may vary slightly due to monitor settings and lighting.
- Measurements are provided as a guide; minor variances may occur due to production tolerances.
- All items are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or cancel orders for any reason, including suspected reselling or fraudulent activity.
- Authenticity: Listings include close-up photos and construction details to help you self‑verify before purchase.
4. Orders & Acceptance
- Your order is an offer to buy. We will confirm receipt by email; acceptance occurs when we dispatch the item(s) and send a shipping confirmation.
- We may refuse or cancel any order before dispatch due to stock issues, pricing errors, or risk concerns. If payment was captured, a full refund will be issued.
- Order changes and cancellations can be requested within 30 minutes of checkout; we cannot guarantee modifications once processing begins.

- You will receive tracking details upon dispatch. Risk of loss passes to you upon carrier receipt.
- Undeliverable or refused packages may be returned to us; we can reship at your expense or process a refund minus shipping where applicable.
8. Returns & Exchanges
- Eligible returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery in original, unworn condition with tags and packaging. Contact us first for authorization.
- For items that arrive not as described or with an issue, contact us within 3 days of delivery. We will review promptly and make it right.
- Final sale items, gifted items without proof of purchase, and worn or washed items are not eligible.
9. Pre‑orders & Limited Drops
- Pre‑orders charge at checkout and ship on or around the stated window. Dates are estimates and may shift due to production or logistics.
- Quantities are limited. Multiple orders or suspected bot activity may be canceled to ensure fair access.
10. Promotions & Gift Cards
- Promotional codes are single‑use, non‑transferable, and may not be combined unless stated. Minimums, exclusions, and expiry dates may apply.
- Gift cards are treated as cash equivalents; lost or stolen cards cannot be replaced except where required by law.
