Fast dispatch on in-stock EE mesh shorts. Clear delivery timelines, tracking, and support for US and international customers.

Processing: 0–2 business days US delivery: 2–6 business days International: 4–12 business days

Processing Times

  • In-stock orders: 0–2 business days.
  • High-volume drops/holidays: up to 3 business days.
  • Pre-orders: ship on the date shown on the product page.
  • Orders placed after 12:00 pm local warehouse time may process next business day.

Delivery Estimates

  • USA: Economy 3–6, Expedited 2–3 business days.
  • Canada: 4–8 business days.
  • UK / EU: 4–9 business days.
  • Rest of World: 5–12 business days.

Estimates exclude processing time, customs clearance, carrier delays, and weekends.

Rates & Free Shipping

  • Live rates shown at checkout based on destination, weight, and speed.
  • US free shipping on orders $150+ after discounts, before tax.
  • International rates shown in checkout; duties/taxes may apply.

Carriers We Use

We ship with trusted carriers chosen for speed and reliability by lane:

  • USA: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Canada: Canada Post, UPS, DHL eCommerce
  • UK/EU: Royal Mail, DPD, DHL
  • Worldwide: DHL Express, Postal Priority partners

Your carrier is selected automatically to meet the selected speed and service level.

Duties, Taxes, and VAT

  • US: Sales tax may apply at checkout by state.
  • International: Import duties, VAT, and fees are set by your country’s customs.
  • Unless specified at checkout, duties/taxes are payable to the carrier upon delivery.

Order Tracking

  • Tracking link is emailed as soon as your label is created.
  • Allow up to 24 hours for scans to appear after dispatch.
  • Tracking shows each handoff and customs event for international shipments.

Address Changes & Cancellations

  • We can edit or cancel orders that have not yet shipped.
  • Once in transit, we cannot reroute most parcels. Some carriers offer intercept for a fee.
  • Email support with your order number and the exact correction.

PO Boxes & APO/FPO

We ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses via USPS when available. Oversized or expedited options may be limited.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

  • Domestic: Contact us if no movement for 10 business days.
  • International: Contact us after 20 business days.
  • We will file an investigation with the carrier and resolve quickly.

Damaged Deliveries

  • Report damage within 7 days of delivery.
  • Keep the packaging and take clear photos of the box and item.
  • We’ll arrange a replacement or refund per our returns policy.

Signature Requirement

Orders valued at $300+ may ship with signature confirmation. If you need to opt out, email support before your order ships. Opting out transfers delivery responsibility to the recipient.

Partial Shipments

If an order contains pre-order and in-stock items, we may ship them separately so you can wear your EE shorts sooner. You’ll receive a separate tracking email for each parcel.

Pre-Orders and Limited Drops

  • Pre-orders display an estimated ship window on the product page.
  • Payment is captured at checkout to reserve inventory.
  • Production timelines can shift slightly; we’ll email updates if a window changes.
  • Ordering in-stock with pre-order? We may split-ship at no extra cost in the US.

Returns Shipping (Summary)

  • Returns accepted in original condition with tags and bag.
  • For most returns, the cost of the return label is deducted from the refund unless due to our error.
  • Exchanges are prioritized when the requested size/color is available.

We use right-sized cartons or recycled poly mailers where possible to reduce waste while keeping your EE shorts protected.

Most in-stock orders ship within 0–2 business days. You’ll receive a tracking email at dispatch.
Your country may assess import duties, VAT, and fees. Unless shown and collected at checkout, they are payable to the carrier on delivery.
Tracking can take up to 24 hours to show movement. If there’s no update for 3+ days, contact us and we’ll investigate with the carrier.
If your order hasn’t shipped, email us immediately with your order number and the correct address. We can’t guarantee changes once a label is printed.
Yes, via USPS for most PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Some expedited services and oversized parcels may be restricted.
