We want you to love your EE shorts. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at ericemanuel-shorts.org.

  • Return window: 14 days from delivery
  • Condition: New, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging
  • Exchanges: Supported when stock allows
  • Defects/our error: We cover return shipping

How to start a return

  1. Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. For defects, add clear photos of the issue and the full garment.
  2. We will respond with an RMA number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA may be delayed.
  3. Pack securely in original packaging when possible. Include the RMA inside the parcel.
  4. Ship using the provided label (for approved defects) or your preferred tracked carrier (for preference returns).

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We can exchange when inventory is available. If the requested item sells out during processing, we will issue a refund per the policy below.

Defective or incorrect items

If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, the full front/back of the garment, and the order number. We’ll arrange a prepaid label and remedy with a replacement or refund.

Can I return EE shorts that were tried on?

Trying on briefly is okay, but items must remain unwashed, unworn beyond trying on, and free from scents or marks with all tags attached.

How do exchanges work if my size sells out?

If the requested size is unavailable at the time of processing, we will issue a refund instead. You may re‑order when your size restocks.

Do you charge restocking fees?

No routine restocking fees. Excessively used or missing‑component returns may be refused or charged a partial refund at our discretion.

What if the carrier shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?

Contact the carrier first and check with neighbors. Then email us within 7 days so we can assist with a trace; resolutions depend on carrier investigation.
