We want you to love your EE shorts. If something isn’t right, this page explains how returns, exchanges, and refunds work at ericemanuel-shorts.org.
- Return window: 14 days from delivery
- Condition: New, unwashed, unworn, with original tags and packaging
- Exchanges: Supported when stock allows
- Defects/our error: We cover return shipping
Eligibility
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, free of odors, pet hair, stains, or alterations.
- All manufacturer and retail tags attached; include original polybag and any accessories received.
- Initiate within 14 days of delivery as shown by the carrier scan.
Non‑returnable items
- Final sale or clearance-marked items
- Used, washed, or hygiene-compromised items
- Gift cards and store credit
- Free promotional items or bundled gifts if not returned unused with the order
How to start a return
- Email [email protected] with your order number and reason. For defects, add clear photos of the issue and the full garment.
- We will respond with an RMA number and shipping instructions. Returns without an RMA may be delayed.
- Pack securely in original packaging when possible. Include the RMA inside the parcel.
- Ship using the provided label (for approved defects) or your preferred tracked carrier (for preference returns).
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We can exchange when inventory is available. If the requested item sells out during processing, we will issue a refund per the policy below.
Refunds
- Once received and inspected, approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
- Processing typically takes 2–3 business days from receipt; your bank may take an additional 3–7 business days to post the credit.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless we made an error.
Return shipping costs
- Defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrect items: We cover return shipping and replacement shipping.
- All other returns (fit, color preference, change of mind): Customer is responsible for return shipping. Use a tracked service.
Defective or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged, incorrect, or with a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the issue, the full front/back of the garment, and the order number. We’ll arrange a prepaid label and remedy with a replacement or refund.
Pre‑orders and limited drops
- Pre‑order ETAs are estimates and may shift based on production or carrier constraints.
- Return windows for pre‑orders start on the delivery date.
- Some limited releases may be marked final sale; if so, this will be clearly shown at checkout.
International returns
- International customers are responsible for return shipping and any duties or taxes. Mark packages as “Returned Goods.”
- Duties/taxes paid to your local authority are not refundable by us. Contact your customs office regarding possible reclaim.
Order changes and cancellations
- We begin processing quickly. If you need to cancel or edit, email us immediately with your order number.
- Shipped orders cannot be canceled; please follow the return process after delivery.
Packaging requirements
- Include all tags and original bag; place apparel inside a protective inner bag.
- Use a sturdy outer mailer or box. Items returned without adequate protection may be declined.

Returns FAQ
Can I return EE shorts that were tried on?
Trying on briefly is okay, but items must remain unwashed, unworn beyond trying on, and free from scents or marks with all tags attached.
How do exchanges work if my size sells out?
If the requested size is unavailable at the time of processing, we will issue a refund instead. You may re‑order when your size restocks.
Do you charge restocking fees?
No routine restocking fees. Excessively used or missing‑component returns may be refused or charged a partial refund at our discretion.
What if the carrier shows delivered but I didn’t receive it?
Contact the carrier first and check with neighbors. Then email us within 7 days so we can assist with a trace; resolutions depend on carrier investigation.
